Calibrate your meter
A step-by-step guide to get your meter reading accurately.
Step 1 of 5
Which meter do you have?
Find the model number printed on the front of your meter and tap it below.
Step 2 of 5
What are you metering?
Choose the liquid you are pumping. This helps tailor the calibration tips for your setup.
Step 3 of 5
Your starting calibration setting
Before you run your first test, confirm your meter is set to this value.
Starting Calibration Setting
1.000
This is the factory default. All meters ship set to 1.000.
How to check your current setting: Press and hold DISPLAY for 3 seconds to open the settings menu. Press CALIBRATE to cycle through to the calibration coefficient field. The current value will flash on screen. Wait 5 seconds without pressing anything to exit without making changes.
Step 4 of 5
Run a test and enter your readings
Pump a measured amount through your meter, then enter both numbers below.
Before pumping: Press CALIBRATE for 1 second to reset the batch counter to zero. Pump at least 5 gallons (or 20 liters) for the most accurate result.

Step 5 of 5
Enter the new setting into your meter
Follow these steps carefully. Take it slow — the buttons are simple once you get the feel.
Want to fine-tune further?
Run another test with your new setting active. If the meter still reads a little off, you can calibrate again — your new setting becomes the starting point for the next pass.
